yes, I have. In Sri Lanka there is a place called "Hortan plain" .You have to spent a whole day by walking to discover the natural beauty of this place .Once I visit this place with my office friends and I didn't expect to walk that much at the beginning. Though we have to walk so many hours we didn't notice that because the place was very very beautiful. However that was the day I walked that much and I still haven't found another chance to beat it.

for me yes but not regularly as sometimes through many days i get a surprising notification from my smart band that i have exceeded the daily limit which is 10000 steps and what made my day that it happens through my daily work without any workout
